    Terrible customer service. The parts manager banned me. YES ACTUALLY BANNED ME! Just because I called and cancelled an order for 4 bolts half an hour after making the order. She was rude, belligerent, aggresive and hostile. I will be contacting head office as I don't understand why I have been banned, do all customers that cancel orders for simple parts receive a lifetime ban? Or it is due to discriminatory reasons?

    Is this the worst JLR dealership in England?? Try to book a service ... called and left messages over THREE DAYS... nobody ever calls back... On the fourth day I rang again and spoke to an actual person; there is a problem with my brakes and the earliest I can get the car looked at is in 28 days time... seriously????
