I had a horrific experience with grange land rover at Hatfield and would never like to have a second visit at this dealership, one of the girls dealing with me is so rude and nasty and never want me there at the first time I stepped in the dealer, she doesn’t want to sort out the problem I had with my car under warranty and start blamed me and make up all the excuses to kick me out dealer , I never fell so intimidated in my life , it a lovely dealership but it a shame that the staff are so unhelpful, I’ll never come back to dealership ever again

Tried to book a service. Booked online - no response. Phoned and asked to be put through the service department - line rang out. Phoned and left a message - no reponse. Phoned and left a message with receptionist - no response. Eventually phoned the sales line and got through - weary sounding salesman put me through to the service department. Very poor customer service.
