On the 15th February I paid to reserve a jaguar f pace and was told it was in prep and could not view the car until the Saturday. On the Saturday we were shown around the f pace and both wing mirrors were damaged and the salesman showed us all the other scratches and said that they would be sorted. As for the damage to the wheels we were told that they couldn't repair them as they were already losing money on the car. This f pace was being sold through the approved jaguar car scheme and I had previously been told by Ali (a different salesman) that the wheels would be done. The f pace clearly hadn't been prepped. It then came to our part exchange where things really went downhill. What they offered was nothing short of insulting. It was at this point that we left. This was a 250 mile round trip and 5 hours wasted. Later that day we did buy a car. The garage gave us almost 3 times what Grange Jaguar had offered thereby proving how insulting Grange Jaguar had been.
