Yes, we require a security deposit of £100 for our holiday home rentals. This is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure.

What is the cancellation policy for holiday home rentals?

We have a strict cancellation policy for our holiday home rentals. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full rental amount. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental amount.

Are there any restrictions on pets or smoking in the holiday home?

Pets are not allowed in our holiday homes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Smoking is also not permitted inside the properties. We kindly ask that you respect these rules for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
