I bought fish, out of 20 pieces, after two days there were 7 left. I wonder how the next day, it's a waste of money and I will never buy there again. Edit. 2 days later- all the fry of new fish have died and the fish from the old stock of the aquarium are dying. I brought flexibacterioze from the store, so I need to restart the entire aquarium 😞.

Despite a lot of aquatic stock here, it is a shambles. The front area and inside the shop look just about ok but out at the back it's a mess. Almost as if it's been run down and in the process of being sorted out but not yet. All kinds of broken bits and pieces strewn about randomly and no prices on anything if intact. Overgrown tubs of plants and containers of stones/pebbles falling apart. Lots of trip hazards so almost unsafe. On items that were priced, plants especially, prices seemed higher than other places. Same with pumps, chemicals etc. I felt sorry for the staff who were trying their best to be helpful, but a very unfriendly 'boss' was stomping about, definitely not impressing this customer. There are cheaper, better organised and well stocked places around where l will be shopping in future.

Absolutely brilliant aquatics center, service is amazing and the staff are lovely. Good range of products and the garden center out the back is also very nice. Would definitely recommend visiting especially if you are new to the aquatics hobby they have everything you could possibly need.
