Couldn't fault Hani,Manni and the whole team (Security that means you too) spectacular service from our first point of contact, we had unbelievable experience hosting our wedding at Grand Station. They both arranged and ensured everything ran to schedule with every detail covered. Hani one of the most well mannered, humble and respectful professionals, passionate about his job, you will definitely need him at your wedding he truly is amazing at his job in regards to making sure everything went smoothly. He truly went above and beyond in regards to looking after us from the very moment we got there till we left, working out best timing for our outside photoshoot, (weather was against us lol) keeping me calm, making us laugh, to even finding a sewing kit and someone (Mani) to sew a button back on my husbands suit after it fell off and whenever needed Hani was quick to find someone to assist with anything, (F1 team needs him too lol). Manni is very respectful, super approachable and experienced, She was so organised with the timings accommodating and considerate, any questions were answered and has been great in her response and communication, Manni also went above and beyond too having a sewing kit and sewing a loose button back on my husbands suit 15 mins before we did our entrance walk, 😂 we truly appreciate it, she’s a women of many skills and talents, gone out her way for us. The venue itself was amazing with a clean unique look and the service before, during and after has been amazing. Hani in particular was wonderful and ensured that the day ran smoothly with everything we planned included. the decor looked incredible and was exactly how we had we liked we also like the fact they have new options and colours. He worked tirelessly the night before (till 3am) to make sure everything was perfect. Special thank you to Hani & Manni was fantastic to deal with and with both of you there meant the day ran smoothly, they are like literally machines with great personalities. 😂 We also like to say huge thank you to the team at grand station would highly recommend this venue our day went just as planned. I contacted Grand Station, to possibly book a wedding reception. Hemma and Manni were great and very prompt in getting back to be regarding any queries I had. Manni the event manager was really good at picturing how I wanted the event to look and suggested some things I hadn’t even thought of myself. It’s made the whole process so much easier. I can’t recommend enough!

Great place for an event. Convenient for the station. If you have an event which requires quiet for presentations I'd suggest asking them to sort out the doors to the toilets which squeak and bang

We had our wedding reception here in April and would definitely recommend it for any couple. The package we chose included decor and food and everything was organised really well by our event co-ordinators, Manni and Hani, who ensured that all our needs were taken care of. The planning meetings we had were informative and helped the event run smoothly. The food tasting event in particular was brilliant and so enjoyable. The food on the night was delicious and all the guests loved it.

Booked the hall for a surprise birthday party for my husband on the 13th of May 2023 and the sales lady we met at the beginning was very helpful. We booked for self catering buffet for our guests. On the day of the party the event manager Hani and his team stood by and Hani went the extra mile to make sure that the party was successful. Guests were complimentary on how the party was organised. Even areas that I asked to be improved upon were done before we commenced the party. I would highly recommend Grand Station for your events-
