Avoid at all costs. I’ve been here about five years and these flats are awful build quality. Numerous issues and poorly maintained. We’ve had two floods because of dodgy plumbing; dishwasher can’t even be extracted for repair without ripping the kitchen up; regular water outages; the list goes on. People making repairs have had to fix other issues they’ve discovered and commented on how bad the build is. Talked with neighbours and discovered similar experiences. Plus, now all the cladding’s having to be redone because it’s a fire hazard. Absolute nightmare.
