    I had a pre-order since August last year. I received monthly updates and seemed very professional, UNTIL I was emailed today and notified my pre-order was cancelled. None of the "most likely reasons" for cancellation applied to my order. First time I tried Grand Prix Models and definitively the last time!

I have found them very professional and helpful. A recent back order dropped after we had made travel plans and they were happy to hang on to it until we returned. Apparently this is a common request but for me it was a first.

    The worse company i have ever dealt with!! I was a loyal customer to GPM's for several years when i had the misfortune to place an order for some items that were not in stock. After waiting several months, i received notification that this was now in stock, however, with a price hike!!! I sought an explanation for the increased price and expressed my reservation as this had now become more expensive than from another store. In response, i received several demands for payment shortly after which all of my outstanding pre-orders were cancelled. My account was terminated and GPM's have kept all in credit monies that i held associated with it! I raised cases via PayPal to seek reimbursement for each £1 deposit paid for each outstanding pre-order placed, to which GPM's has responded with "NO REFUND DUE" Disgusting and disgraceful treatment of a previously loyal customer. Happy to take my business to several other store's who consistently show good customer service, something that GPM's could benefit learning from!
