Dave kindly came to look at a parquet floor in my house that had been sanded and badly finished by another local floor contractor. The said floor failed after a few months and the contractor refused to come out and see it. I contacted Dave and he came out to investigate it. He amazingly offered to redo it for me. Grand Parkett has been a significant contributor to the success of my wood floor sanding and refinishing business. This is not a run of the mill wood flooring supplier, it’s so much more. There’s been times when the client changed their mind on the type of finish they want on their floor (it happens) and at 4pm you would think there’s absolutely no chance you can get the product delivered to the clients address the next day, but Grand Parkett have solved this dilemma on multiple occasions - stopping any disruption to forward booked clients and ensuring my business can successfully operate. The products they sell are absolutely premium quality - ensuring no call backs to jobs or disappointed clients. I have accumulated hours of amazing advice and guidance from Dave, who is always on hand to take a phone call and guide me through particularly tricky situations. Dozens and dozens of questions and calls have been made from my self to Grand Parkett and every time I have been given a competent solution to get me out of hot water.
