    New owners and recent refurbishment has brought this venue upto date. Simple yet elegant venue for more intimate occasions. The venue was very clean and in house service 5 stars. Staff are on hand serving and catering to guests every needs. Separate seating for Males and Females including Separate entrances. Ample free parking. The fixtures are beautiful, especially chandeliers and table decorations. With 3 wheelchair/powerchair guests the venue is accessible and user friendly. The toilets and wash room facilities are also pristine. I believe there is prayer room facilities also on site which is very good. I have been before the refurbishment and things were becoming run down so it's good to see this place with a new lease of life making couples dream days possible again. My only reservation is that the music/nasheeds were played far too loud for the duration. Nobody could talk to people on the same table without shouting. We did ask for it to be turned down a little which they did for 1 track only then it increased again. We couldn't properly speak to guests/friends over it. Just something for the venue/management to consider for the future but there really is nothing to view badly of this venue and services they provide. It is excellent for its purposes. Thank you Grand Occasions & Staff.
