We are a charity organisation and organised a charity challenge to raise funds. We booked this company as they seemed to be the cheapest, little did we know there were hidden costs. They called us an hour before the trip to add almost £400 more on the trip for an extra driver who didn't show up. They said they could not take us unless we paid them the extra first. Since it was last minute we couldn't cancel it and get another bus hired so we ended up paying extra. Had we known this we could have hired from other companies who actually turned out to be cheaper. When we called them, they said they can refund us because the extra driver cost was for another driver to take the coach back to the depot however we called the actual driver who drove us around and he told us that he was the one that took the coach back to the depot and not another driver. This company really did con us. We should have read the reviews before booking however its a lesson learnt. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be disappointed last minute and threatened with last min cancellation if you don't pay up. Very disgusting behaviour especially given the fact we are a small charity organization that have limited funds to do Soup Kitchens in the UK for the homeless and also abroad.

If there was a minus/ zero score i would have given that. I should have read these reviews before booking them too. Poor management, rude staff. We booked a 16seater (we were 8 pax + lots of luggages) for July 24th, paid in advance. They sent the vehicle on July 22nd and kept waiting. We were on a flight to UK so obviously didn't read emails. On landing we call them to hear that its our mistake that we didn't inform them. We booked again and paid again for 24th as that was an original date of our travel from Edinburgh to Inverness. They sent an 8seater instead of sending a 16seater paid for twice. On writing to them their answer was - you were 8 ppl so we sent 8seater and you were happy with the driver so no refund. Transport Manager Henry was the person dealing, worst customer care, zero capabilities to manage their own fleet and don't want to accept their mistakes. Please DO NOT HIRE THEM

Very lovely dealing with the team over the phones the booking was very quick and easy and the coach actually exceeded our expectations, we didn't know we got upgraded for the same price which really made the day special. We have the team to thank for that!!! Will definitely be using this company for special occasions again.
