They had kept me alive since 1983 the staff are dedicated and some have been there since it opened Anyone putting them down with 1star should try going somewhere else and sit waiting for hours but recently I feel less cared for and more processed through. They are closing soon anyway and transfering their patients to mile end hospital

First time visit. Ok, covid restrictions still in place, but that does not excuse the treatment I received today. I am exempt from wearing a face covering due to having restricted lung capacity, nurse greeting far from professional, because I did not have my badge or exemption proof I was made to sit down and wait whilst she spoke to the senior nurse Ok, senior nurse came and escorted me to a private room where I was asjes to sit down and wait. Not once did any of the staff ask me if there was any special requirements I needed, not once asked how my requirements effected my waiting in waiting rooms. To be precise no one cared, I was pushed in a room like a leper, felt like it was 1980/90's all over again. Total discussed with this unit. Graham Hayton Unit be ashamed.

I have been going there for at least 16 years and I can't fault it, you get a much better care than the GP, they give you head to toe check up and if they don't then they sort all that out for you, there's not just medical service, there's psychiatry, housing advice, benefits advice, pharmacy round the orner and nurses station in clinic, they really treat you like you're apart of the family and I'm very happy there, hopefully for many years to come.
