Review is based on my experience of the online shop. Ordered an item but after two weeks of waiting I hadn’t received my order. I sent an email but ended up calling as didn’t receive a response. Turns out they’d been closed for two weeks over Easter and the person who deals with the shop only appears to work part time. I eventually received an email saying they couldn’t send the item as it was too difficult to package and send so I’d been issued a refund. Awful service! No mention of closure on the website, if I’d known I’d have ordered from elsewhere. And I shouldn’t have been allowed to purchase an item for delivery if they aren’t able to post it.

My daughter has been here for a few years now and I can honestly say they are lovely with the kids and parents. I always get an answer to every question, the staff are polite and professional and my child looks forward to Saturdays. I am fortunate to not only be teaching our outstanding students at the Graham School of Dance and Theatre Arts, but also I had the most nurturing, exceptional standard of teaching from Aileen Graham as a student myself before entering The Royal Ballet Upper School in Covent Garden. A traditional dance school with an incredibly nurturing, caring environment, but also one that balances classes for students who wish to learn to dance for fun and fitness, with classes for students wishing to pursue a career in the Theatre Arts, GSD pushes the boundaries of non vocational dance training with huge success. We have an outstanding record of achievement across all dance genre for Herts and Essex. GSD is a happy environment and there is no where else, as a mother of 3, I would send my children to learn the love of dance and theatre. Very proud, happy and lucky teacher!
