  Graham completed a double storey side extension to our semi-detached house between May and October 2022. We are so pleased with the work that Graham has done and the extension looks fantastic. Graham's workmanship and attention to detail are to a high standard and the work did not feel intrusive at all into home life - we were anticipating the need to stay with relatives for a while but Graham's timing and organisation meant that disruption was kept to a minimum and we stayed at home through the whole build.   Graham has built our extension, redesigned our garden, laid paths and patio and remodelled kitchen/diner. His attention to detail is exceptional, he has a great eye for design and is very reliable. He is the exceptional, tidy builder who takes care with your home and advises on the best way to achieve your vision. Every time I walk up the path I admire the beautiful yellow brick road curve and think of the care that Graham took to get it just right. Thoroughly recommend him.

  Graham Jones is an honest and reliable builder who knows what he is doing. He is highly efficient, meticulous to a fault and skilful. Graham has excellent ideas and foresight to develop and enhance the work in hand. He has completed four pieces of work for us over the last two years - initially a front garden wall, then repointing/setting the chimney stack, a pantry to toilet conversion and a new fireplace. Each project was completed on time and to budget. It is important to stress that we felt most comfortable with him and all his specialists, he is a top man, who I would recommend to anyone.

  We asked Graham Jones to quote for our house extension having been impressed by two of his recent projects in the area. Graham’s quote was competitive and from the outset he communicated in detail about each stage of the build and the implications for us. His forethought and management of all the arrangements was excellent. If there were issues he spelt them out clearly and suggested alternatives. His workmanship in all areas is excellent and his team of electricians, plumbers etc. are also very capable and pleasant to deal with. The momentum of our build (over 4 months) has been consistent throughout and Graham always let us know what was happening and why. We have ‘endured’ a number of house projects over the last 30 plus years but I have every confidence in fully recommending Graham Jones as a real professional who takes great pride and care in his work. We are really pleased we asked him to undertake what was a complex re-working of our house and are more than happy with the end result.

  We hired Graham to build a single storey extension and reposition our driveway from the back to the front of the house. From the beginning, Graham kept us informed of when he'd be on site. We were pleasantly surprised that he and his partner showed up everyday unlike some builders that work on multiple projects at once, leaving unfinished projects for weeks. Graham and his partner were friendly (even our neighbours commented on this) but also respectful of our personal space ensuring that they tidied up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. This was really important to us as we have young children. In all, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and in helping us bring our vision to life. We've received lots of compliments already on the new extension and I would have no reservations in recommending him to other people, especially families.

He has built us sweeping tegular pathways round the house leading into lovely patios made of lovely Indian stone.
