  Can not fault the treatment, but there is a dog walking round that tried to lick my feet which is totally not appropriate when you are paying almost £60 for a pedicure

  Went for a birthday back in March for the hot tub, sauna and steam room, and had a fab & fun time here! All the facilities were great and most importantly clean. Pizza was delicious, staff were friendly and the location is perfect for it. I have recommended to friends too!

The entire visit, from the moment we called to make our reservation, was an absolute pleasure. Tucked away in a serene location, Grafton Spa provided us with a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The warm and friendly staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our visit. The spa facilities were truly fantastic, offering everything we needed for an indulgent day of relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed the soothing steam room, invigorating sauna, and calming jacuzzi, all of which were well-maintained and inviting. Additionally, the variety of refreshing beverages and snacks added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. What truly set Grafton Spa apart, however, was the private atmosphere it offered, which made it ideal for our family. We were able to enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded, allowing us to bond and unwind as a family unit in a tranquil setting.   A very nice and cozy place. We had the spa area to ourselves and really enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Unfortunately the hydropool had its settings fiddled with and the temperature was only 29° so we weren't able to enjoy it. The staff was very accomodating however and they set it right. However, I would have preferred they ensured things are in order rather than getting compensation. In any case, I would recommend this place. It's the only one in MK area that has short stays without forcing you into treatments. So if you're a couple of tired parents that need two hours to themselves then definitely go for it.

  Was given a voucher for a pamper package for 2 at Grafton Spa and Wellness, and was so incredibly excited for it! The spa is located in a beautiful countryside location, a very short drive from Milton Keynes. Lots of parking available which put my mind at ease! We were greeted by the lovely staff, and taken in to the spa facilities and shown around. In the locker room where your staff is kept, there is lockers with a gown and flip flops for you to use (however keep in mind there is a charge of £5 per person for this, which we only found out about as we were leaving), my moms locker had mismatched flip flops (completely different sizes) however we were able to find another pair in another locker that was available thankfully so no big issue. The spa facilities are cozy and intimate and we had it all to ourselves which was super nice and comfortable! The steam room had spider webs in the corners which did make me wonder how often they get cleaned, as hygiene in a spa is so incredibly important to me. The treatment itself was wonderful! I opted in for a facial, and it was so amazing that I nearly fell asleep! The only thing that kept me awake was the music, unfortunately I was disappointed with the music choice for a spa, it was louder than necessary and the songs kept getting skipped all the time! I personally enjoy calming, gentle music for spa days. Once we were done, we got helped to a cream tea, which is one scone per person, which was ok. The bar table where you eat, was very dusty unfortunately, and I did think that the ladies should be paying more attention to these small details to ensure a beautiful experience for people that are looking for more intimate spa breaks, as the spa itself has a lot of potential. Overall it was a nice experience because it was a gift, however, I think if I had had to have paid for the package, I would have been disappointed as I think it is overpriced for what you are offered. I would come back in a few months to see it if has changed, as it is a pitty seeing that it is so close to home! I also think the cost for the flip flops& gown should be incorporated in the main price to avoid confusion and make the overall experience better! These are just my thoughts, the ladies were lovely though and we did feel relaxed after our trip there.
