This place is a wonderful find. The hosts are super friendly, the location is right on the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is just insanely reasonable. Claire was very keen to help me out including lending me her phone charger and giving me lots of local recommendations.

Just spend 6 nights here. Room very spacious. Claire the manager was amazing. Breakfast cooked to perfection each and every morning. Very clean. And amazing customer service. Nothing was a problem for Claire to sort. Short walk to beach and down the road to a great chippie. Would recommend this B&B

Claire and The Grafton Guest House was so welcoming, lovely, homely ,and privately quiet, also a perfect sea view location. This small guest house is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have the perfect holiday or short break away. The hospitality is second to none…Claire is a young lady who oozes friendly (not invasive) hospitality and genuinely loves her job and meeting people..Breakfast is served at your own beautifully presented table and is freshly cooked to a high standard. May I also add you can come and go as you need to as you have your own front door key. The lady also is very knowledgable of the area and places possibly of interest to yourself. I personally when visiting Felixstowe will go nowhere else to stay ! P.S…..The guest house has four well deserved stars…… The reason it has not five stars is, no wheelchair access……which is impossible to implement .
