Buyer beware. If a grafter doesn't show up you lose a credit and they won't refund you. I spoke to customer service and explained that of the three grafters I booked one didn't show up. They explained that this was an above average result for the platform and I should be grateful that two did show up. I was appalled! This means that you could have five no-shows and you would lose all your money. They don't care. It's part of their business model. Appalling customer service that doesn't listen to customer feedback. Clearly not a customer focussed organisation.

It was my first Job on Grafter and it was great to get the experience of doing a variety of work . The first day was the most challenging using the equipment to channel out the wall but over the week I got used to it, and there was a shed to pull down also which I finished taking down on the last day and removing it to the front of the house for collection. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
