I'm a corporate citizen and have changed locations 4 times in the last decade between Dubai, London, Geneva and back to London . Unfortunately, mid summer this year (2022) the last move from Geneva to London was the most horrific, chaotic, unprofessional, inhumane and most importantly, the worst waste of my time and money. Graebel, the most incompetent relocation/movers company, not only managed to delay delivery by over 5 weeks, loose all fittings and screws, lose some items, damage some and not assemble most of the pieces, they disgracefully and unfairly make sure to process a compensation deal that took longer than the already overdelayed delivery of the items, they do it out of the US exclusively, and as you expect, they managed to diffuse the whole issue and pay back less than 15% of the total claim. This is not about the money, but their inability to deliver has cost me and my family distress, lost holidays, lost items and a horrible feeling of vandalism. If u love ur family, and appreciate your belongings, I urge you not to trust this company for whatever reason. You will be taking a huge risk and an un calculated gamble . They will mess up and you will pay an unforgiving price.

Incompetent. Apparently we need to upload all of our bank statements because receipts of payment for rent and utilities is not enough. We should not have to upload our bank statements with all of our bank information. Receipts of payments should be plenty. This company is absolutely horrible, do not hire them to handle your reimbursements.

[AVOID!] Deceptive, unprofessional and unhelpful employee relocation service where you will not receive expense compensations if the amount is below 40USD. PROs + Forces you to read all small print next time you sign any contracts + They give you the option of a lump sum which is the better option CONs - Minimum of 40USD in order to get your money back is unacceptable - Very vague expense policy makes you - Over-priced, poor value services - Slow email response times - Very pushy with their unsolicited services - Horribly confusing website - They will do their best not to reimburse you - Your "representative" is a classic sales who wants to extract maximum benefits from you while returning minimal value and effort A relocation within Europe cost me 2,500USD (incl. free 2 week storage for 15m³ of items), and Graebel's quote (which took them flippin' 2 weeks to get) was well over 12,800USD. I have no idea where they get these fantasy numbers, but basically they.
