Visited the store today for the first time with my family and the blonde shop assistant looked me and my family up and down like we were something she’d stepped in.. lovely items of clothing & accessories but won’t be returning any time soon after todays experience. Made us feel very unwelcome; Shame really as I’d been looking forward to visiting for a while.

First time visiting wild & Westbrooke today with my mum, we went with the intention of purchasing her first pair of Fairfax and favour boots, and came away with more than the boots, lovely couple looked after us, so chatty and appreciative of our custom, we tried on a good handful of shoes/boots the lady wasn’t at all pushy at all. Will defiantly return to wild & Westbrook. Thankyou both! All the best for 2023

Absolutely fantastic customer service in this shop! We wanted a gift for my sons girlfriend and the young lady that I spoke to was brilliant. She popped upstairs for me as I wasn’t able to navigate them and then laid out a selection of things on a chair for me to choose. She was so warm, caring and helpful it made me emotional. I’d definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.
