Awful! Avoid! Asked for quote May 2021. Advised needed topographical survey at cost of £1,020 for them to quote so I had this arranged June. Said they would get back to me in 2/3 weeks with outline design. Nothing! Chased numerous times by phone/email - either received delaying emails or just ghosted (no reply). November asked for formal complaints procedure - no reply. January 2022 I emailed Tony Richards, MD with formal complaint. After me chasing a reply was told they had sent an email in October - odd how I received all other emails and not this one! Tony also claimed they had not received any correspondence from me after October even though they had briefly replied to some!! Tony ghosted my reply.
