Be careful with these guys. I bought a house where Gradica had carried out renovation including installation of a glass flat roof on a side return. That roof is slightly out of the guarentee but is now leaking significantly. I contacted Dolora Neziri of Gradica who in turn discussed the leaks with her Director, Billy. I did not expect them to work under the recently expired guarentee but I did invite them to review the roof and quote to repair it. They flatly refuse. The issue I have is other contractors are very reluctant to carry out any work, taking the position they did not install this and if it has been done so incorrectly their guarentee could be used to cover that faulty installation. Gradica don't seem to care about the position I'm in.

The guy who owns this business is dishonest and obnoxious. He reversed into my car whilst working on a project near my home and did considerable damage, but denied it to insurers, his men worked all hours from the early morning and made mess with their cigarette butts and rubbish, swearing and shouting, unnecessarily blocking the road up and generally being unsavoury. Their whole conduct was unprofessional and given the guy they work for I am not surprised that this was the case.
