Husband phoned in August about replacement black wrought iron handles by two, One for the kitchen door and one for the garage door. The ones on there already were brass coloured and gone pitted and rusty looking with age. Husband told the man who answered his call what he wanted and what size they had to be to replace the existing ones answer if you look on our website you might find what you want there. Attitude of very not interested at all. Hence went to local Forge and had them made to the size we needed lovely job cost £60.00 so that is our custom you have lost and sure we are not the only ones you have lost with an employee so not interested,
