There are 2 things that matter to me when it comes to picking a martial arts club for myself or a member of my family. The first is the quality of what's being taught. There is a difference between activity & real skill development. The second is the culture. I cannot stress enough how important this is. The ethos. The safe and considerate practice. The no ego approach. Genuine people with good character & wholesome values. And it is because of those 2 characteristics I travel 1 hour each way to attend this GOLDMINE of an academy. Bonus point: The fact that the level of instruction is So Effective and meticulous, yet taught in a way that literally makes it accessible to every1 - that's beyond rare.
