I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. The delivery driver couldn’t find the building so I explained to them how to get there. I then receive a text from them saying that they have been delivered and they sent me a picture of the flowers on my GF’s kitchen table. I then find out shortly after when my GF arrives home that the driver opened the door himself, went into the flat uninvited and left the flowers in the kitchen. This is not ok and my GF was extremely shocked and felt someone has invaded her space in her home, the result of this has massively a damaged our relationship. After sending grace and thorn an email I get NO reply and just my shipping refunded back to me. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by their response.
