Wow I have had the most amazing time today picking out my wedding dress at Grace Loves Lace! Mercedes was incredible and made me feel so at ease the entire time. At no point did I feel rushed during our appointment and the girls made me feel so important and special and the whole experience was so chilled and fun even if I was a bag of nerves! It was honestly all I could have wished for and exceeded all my expectations and I even said YES to the dress If you’re debating booking in, please do it- I promise you you’ll have a lovely time and they have the most beautiful dresses you will find one for you! I had a great experience from start to finish. The appointment booking process was very easy and straightforward. My stylist, Serena, was so lovely. It was my first time trying on dresses and I had two other appointments on the day, but my friends and I all agreed that our appointment at Grace Loves Lace was the most laid-back and enjoyable. Even though I didn't find my dress, I really appreciated how attentive, helpful, and friendly Serena was. There are a lot of beautiful dresses to choose from and I would definitely recommend Grace Loves Lace to anyone looking for their dream dress!

Had a fantastic experience at Grace loves Lace - could not recommend enough. The dresses are stunning and the shop is so spacious and luxurious whilst also being relaxed. My stylist Serena made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and really got to know me / my wedding and what I wanted from the dress without being in any way pushy. You really feel that they have your best interests at heart. I couldn't ask for a better experience before, during and after.

What a fantastic experience! It’s a beautiful boutique with great dresses but, more importantly, the staff here are phenomenal. Mercedes and Shyann did an amazing job with both my appointments. They made me feel so relaxed, supported and beautiful. They also spent additional time and effort to help my video call with my mum, sister and grandma who live abroad which really meant the world to me. I would highly recommend booking with Mercedes or Shyann to any bride-to-be!

Grace Loves Lace is incredible! The London show room is beautifully designed and as you step into the glass reception area you feel like you have been transported to another realm away from the hustle and bustle which 'is' London. You are greeted by a plethora of lovely stylists who are all smiles and welcoming. And the fitting rooms are spacious and tranquil. My Bridal stylist was Pascale, she is wonderful! Puts you at ease immediately, quells all your fears and quickly whisks away any dresses that you don't like. I'd had a couple of bad experiences in Bridal shops and Pascale eliminated that trauma!There was no rushing and she helped me work out the dresses that best suited my personality, my figure and my venue. Pascale you're a dream for any Bride- Grace Loves Lace are luckily to have you :-) Thanks so much. X
