Had cause to take a pair of walking boots back after a few weeks of wear. Staff (guessing they were the owners) were totally understanding, apologetic over the products performance and gracious in refunding us without any reluctance or curling of lip. Wasn’t their fault but they sorted it promptly and painlessly, this customer will definitely continue shopping here.
