Customer service is nothing short of outstanding. My school has rented from this company for several Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and their deliveries have always been prompt. With easy return services, each order was a breeze to rent and return. Whilst on expedition, their customer service has always been reliable, and provide a good amount of orientation in how to get the best use of the trackers, how their range can be limited, and how to troubleshoot the most common errors. Their online map tracking is also very easy to use, and can allow for overlays of your own pre-planned course from OS Maps or other GPS mapping sites making them really handy. Richard was extremely helpful in our latest rental, and made sure all our needs were accommodated for, going above and beyond my expectations. I'll never want to do another expedition without them!

My team loved using the trackers. It was our first time using them, but I'd only ever taken out a maximum of 40 students so was nervous about having 75+ young people on several routes across the moors, but the trackers put our minds at ease. We loved knowing if we had missed a group at a particular checkpoint or if they were still due to come through, and even though one tracker went to sleep for the afternoon, we were still able to pin point when the group was last at a certain point as the "time last active" was displayed. Track Trail are a fantastic company, and incredibly helpful! Their systems are robust, their trackers work excellently, and their staff will go above and beyond to ensure that you have exactly what you need for your event. We hired 15 trackers, and every single one worked exactly as expected. The set-up process was a breeze, and the advanced functionality of the system gave us features we weren't even expecting, but found to be amazingly useful. We used the trackers for Ten Tors expedition training on Dartmoor in the South West of England. They are fantastic - really easy to use and linked easily with my mobile phone. The trackers provided peace of mind, as the location updated every 30 seconds without fail. I will definitely use these trackers again, and would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for tracking devices for DofE, Ten Tors or any other expeditions where you are remotely supervising your groups.
