GP metals were due to collect our scrap car last Friday so husband took a day off to wait in. The guy who turned up had no intention of collecting it, said it was too difficult to do but he just couldn't be bothered. His attitude was terrible. He told us the office would call to re arrange with a smaller lorry but heard nothing. We ended up using another scrap dealer local to us who paid us more and took the car away promptly without an issue.
