RUDE STAFF !!! DISCRIMINATION IN STORE! I went to the shop this morning and this is my first time visited store. Asked them for a Back Bag and they dont have it in store. I asked them to order and they said i need to wait up to 4 weeks. I asked them to recommend for me others with similar styles because i dont want to wait but they were so RUDE ! Im feeling like we were racisted in the store as we are ASIAN customer. She didnt want to serve me anymore, even when i ask other things she said EVERYTHING was sold out. Never come back and would not recommend to anyone this brand !

I came here at 12:15 on a Saturday it was a bit crowded , Mr.Donovan helped us , he was very nice he was the only one smiling we were lucky that he was the one to show us around.

Great first time experience at the London Goyard in Mayfair!! Our assigned SA, Ives, was friendly, extremely patient, and helpful as I requested to see purses & wallets in various colorways. For the best experience while in the store, I recommend quick research beforehand and going in with some pictures or a list of 3-4 styles you'd like to see versus "just looking around". I went around 11am and waited less than 10 minutes.
