The receptionist (Emma) was rude, and really unhelpful when I needed a prescription saying how could I need it when I hadn't had it in a while and despite logistical constraints getting the prescription which I understand her unhelpfulness made me so confused as to what my options were to get my prescription from my GP when I needed it.
