Excellent course, ran by a very pleasant and enthusiastic trainer. We were able to ask as many questions as needed and to go over anything we didn't understand. The schedule for the day worked well, with adequate breaks and time for group activities. I would happily recommend this company.

Attended the 'Producing Effective Data Visualisation to Aid Key Decision Making' course. This was delivered virtually and due to all the interactive sessions was probably one of the best virtual courses I have attended. The content was also what I was looking for and laid out a good methodology for thinking about my own visualisations plus tips and tricks to make sure they were impactful and laid out correctly

Attended a Personal Resilience and Wellbeing course, run by Pinky Jangra and it was awesome. It was interesting to think you know yourself inside out and then find out so much more with excellent training. From recognising patterns, to learning how to pause, coping strategies and so much more. The only thing which would have made the training better would have been face to face rather on Zoom but that's a minor point. To conclude, best training I've had for a number of years ... and it was all for me 😊

The training session I attended was excellent. It combined a good mixture of presentation and interactive break out sessions with a focus on learning practical techniques and tools. Our facilitator was very experienced and helpful, and she tweaked the day as we went to make sure it was tailored to the group's needs.

Mastering Feedback and Difficult Conversations Course - 10th May 2023. Would highly recommend this course for people managers, it was well structured and covered important areas relevant to this type of role. There was a great process to follow laid out in 8 steps, which I have really taken on board, and I enjoyed the smaller group sessions where we had a chance to discuss things on a deeper level. The presenter was excellent - knowledgeable and engaging. Only marking down a star as I dislike using Zoom and would like to have perhaps more time/opportunity during the course to role play or lay out how exactly I would offer feedback, and also perhaps some scenario work on a difficult conversation with both a staff member and also with customers. Overall though I thought this course was very good.

Handling Suicidal Conversations is a course that all staff dealing with clients who have number of complex issues should attend this course. The booklet provided lists what skills are required for someone who is claiming to be suicidal, there are helpful tips and notes on what words one should not use. The important thing is to listen and acknowledge what the vulnerable client is trying to say and to use oneself as a sounding board. Helen gave us all an opportunity to discuss our experiences of when we have had to deal with clients/family members or friends who may have been in a similar situation.
