I note the difficulties experienced by people trying to cancel their subscriptions. I speak as I find and Gourmet Society cancelled my free subscription with just a couple of days left before the renewal was due. I dealt with Rebecca who was exemplary, professional and courteous despite there being a small issue on the account that we had caused. So well done Rebecca!

Be care of their auto renew - rip off Please be very careful about using gourmet society. It is not easy to end the subscriptions and the auto venue facility so make sure you have a plan to review after any ‘free’ or discounted period or they will be happy to keep taking your money even if you’re not using the service.

Pease save your money, time and avoid the pain by not subscribing to this total wreck of a value proposition. Complete rip off, misleading and a useless app. Fast food chains and Pizza - there is nothing gourmet here... although they are based in Huddersfield so one up from road kill they are used to. Amazed the company I work for has anything to do with them. This is a bedroom business going by streetview! You have been warned.

2 fails out of 2. On both occasions the restaurants listed on their website no longer offer the discount. What is the point of having the membership? None; we will be cancelling, waste of money. They either need to entice restaurants to stay on the site or quit and close down as this now a scam.
