Just ordered a delivery from this place, the delivery arrived within about 30 minutes which was really quick considering I live about 10 minutes away from them, I was told on the phone it would be about 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food was disgusting and clearly not freshly cooked it tasted stale they probably just warmed up yesterdays food and delivered it to me, me and my whole family ate about a quarter of the food and then decided to throw the rest in the bin still hungry, very disappointed as I have ordered from here before and food food was nice, been trying to phone them to complain but it just keeps saying user busy what a waste of £50.

Food/buffet was really tasty. Portions were good. It is quite expensive, though £23.90 pp. Minimum 2 people and you can't take food home obviously. There is also 10% surcharge. The spring rolls were crispy. It is all you can eat so you can ordr starters, mains in any order and all fresh. The toilet had no warm water and the pressure of warm water in female toilet was tickling only. We went on Tuesday 8pm and it wasn't busy. Spent around £52 for two with no drinks. Overall I recommend the place.

Unfortunately we will not be ordering from Gourmet Oriental again. The food delivery on a Monday night took 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived the food was so terrible, yes it was cold but the quality was also shocking, they must have changed chefs or be short staffed because we have previously had some good takeaways from there. We wasted so much food after having spent £60, we did not finish a single dish. Seriously disappointed and it is such a shame it's gone so downhill.
