Great dealership and have been for many years. Unfortunately there are some numpty comments below such as... "My car developed a fault after 4 months of ownership" !! Since when did any motor trader develop the gift of foresight ? And another idiot who needed "Help" to view a car that was unlocked and ready to view. What help can you give a blind man to view a car !!!! Lincoln is still replete with inbred numpties. God help all car traders.

Absolute waste of time visiting this place. Phoned in advance to view a car. Walked to dealer with my daughter and asked about certain vehicle. Entered office and waited. Asked about viewing car to be told, yeah its unlocked go look for yourself. No assistance whatsoever. Paid a £250 deposit and watched on reg check as car failed MOT. Decided not to purchase the car and couldn't get through to dealer to cancel sale. Daughter and the myself got through to some Absolutely rude person saying we can't get a refund on deposit. Other Gouldings site said we could, neither place knows what the other is doing. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Car developed a fault after 4months of ownership costing £2000. Service was shocking from day 1. Failed to keep me updated after purchase. Turned up to collect and the vehicle wasn't ready due to faults. No communication. After returning the vehicle for inspection they claimed it was fine even after the reports of faults from independent jaguar specialists. Would never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership.

I searched many dealers but could not find what I wanted and for the price I wanted until I found Gouldings. They had an ideal car. I had a look and decided to buy. They were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy. A few days later we picked up the car, it was clean and tidy. We are very pleased and would recomend this dealer.

Travelled over 150 miles to purchase a vehicle only to be advised once we got there that they can’t release the car as it needs to be MOT’D even though the car currently had MOT. Wouldn’t mind if this was mentioned prior to us setting off but was not mentioned at all even though we spoke 2-3 times earlier in the day. Waste of a journey and time off work!
