As a HGV driver the gate/access needs to be place down on Markham Ln, so that when you are busy, as it was when I arrived, drivers are not driving up the small access road only to be told to reverse out and park up on Markham Ln. It would be much better if you created a "circuit where hgv could drive in and pass through to go out. This needs sorting out. My rating only relates to this point, not the company as a whole.
