Very knowleable staff and great customer service! They were willing to take my previous keyboard as part exchange and follow up on the electric piano I was interested in. I was not rushed into making a decision and had plenty of space and time to try out the keyboards and pay several visits if I wished. So lots of patience too! Would recommend highly!
