For a start this BB doesn't do breakfast before 10am. Floor and bed creeks. Bathroom is to small, Toilet and front door was broken. People could see in the through both windows. Terrible service. Booked to stay with my fiance and the staff chased us all day to bring forward our check in time as they wanted to leave earlier - which to their behest we could not do due to work commitments. We paid extra for a roll top bath and there was no hot water. We were charged £200 due to a 'broken picture frame' (without prior notification I may add) which they then retracted very quickly when we informed them that we certainly did not break any picture frame. Manager and staff were horrific to my fiance and certainly ruined what would have been a nice stay. Avoid this place.
