GoStudent BURGLAR your BANK account if you save your bank card then you have no option to get away, and cant cancel your contract when we asked for refund they sell new plan and CAHRGED MORE MONEY from bank and not responding on refunds

Shambolic organisation. Use technology that's not fit for purpose. Shame, because the tutors are good and helped my child. Customer service is a genuine disgrace. I'd think very carefully about using them. Their teams never call or reply when they say they will.

Absolutely horrendous company for reliability! What a joke, if I could give 0 stars I would. Numerous phone calls arranged and not made, appointments broken and wrong tutor sending messages via WhatsApp. Sent a complaint, and gave another chance after they assured me it would be sorted. We spoke at length and agreed on Saturday at 9am.. Sat on the link 15 minutes, ANOTHER NO SHOW! sent WhatsApp and email no reply. I cannot advise strongly enough to look elsewhere and believe the negative reviews, don't waste your time or money with this bunch of clowns!!!
