The old guy is crafty and dishonest. If you ask how much it costs to send an item he will only tell u the most expensive options. I posted a small parcel which according to the Royal Mail website could be sent for as little as around 6 pounds through tracked 48. Instead he told me the cheapest is £11 then proceeded to send it special delivery 1st class. On top of all of this he called me cheap for asking for the prices, which he lied about anyway. I have filed a formal complaint with the post office online. And this branch will be investigated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and report online it’s takes 2 minutes and is the only way they will learn In response to the owner: its called Tracked 48 and is £5.15 on the website. so you explain how its okay to send it first class special delivery.

I’ve used the Post Office counter services regularly for the last 5 years as so many branches of my bank have closed. I personally find everyone helpful and efficient, and the extended hours including Sundays is amazing when banks in Solihull close so early. It’s local and you can usually park right outside.

The post office is closed despite the fact it shows open on the post office website. To understand how and why the reason provides is really absurd as they are stating today (29th March as last working day of the month) and don't have any logic to explain how can we avoid this disappointment again. And yes, they don't make the rule and neither aware of it.

The elderly man behind the post office counter was so rude today. No respect whatsoever for the customers. After our stationary purchase, there was a heavy shower. We could not step out.Hence We were browsing the magazine section to see if we buy anything or not. But alas “ he walked up to us from behind the counter and said we were “misusing” the magazine section and should not browse! We have never heard of such a thing even in big stores like waterstone. Very bad and arrogant attitude.

The old man behind the post office counter either needs to retire, or take a lesson in customer service. Such a rude, miserable old man and looks fed up of his life when serving his customers. I live round the corner from this post office but will now be boycotting and going to Shirley road instead. Follow the "rules" all you like but your customers are the reason your shop is running, so atleast TRY to talk to them with abit of respect. Will not be coming back to this place, I'd give them zero stars if I could.
