My experience of this pharmacy changes from one visit to the next, sometimes I've had missing prescriptions in my order, the staff are rude, difficulty contacting the store by phone (don't bother emailing them)and on other occasions there will be staff that are friendly & helpful, my prescriptions ready & complete when I visit, if not busy will have my prescription filled early. Visits are never the same at Gospel Lane pharmacy

Every single time I pick up my medisons, there always something missing. I even ring the chemist before I go, because I know they never get my medication right. I have had a stroke, so now I have to get Taxis there and back, and at £4.50 there an £4.50 back = £9.50. The staff are always plesent. But as I say it's very frustrating!!
