This medical practice which I have been registered with for 18 years sent me a letter saying if I don’t contact them to confirm my details they will remove me as a patient. Because I’m relatively healthy and rarely visit the GP I’m obviously not bringing them in enough money. They have appointments for blood pressure checks that I never asked for but God help me if I was poorly because we all know I wouldn’t get an appointment. Well when I can’t get my asthma medication and I die from an asthma attack it’s all here in black and white and let’s see you justify it all in court.

Waiting for hours and hours to get through by phone wouldn't be so bad if you knew you would be treated with respect when they finally answered. This place is unimaginably bad.

My dad is end of life care. Firstly they told my dad pregabalin was too expensive to give him for his end of life care. Been trying since 8am this morning to get through to the prescription line and no one has answered. Now at 11.51 they have took the phones off the hook because it’s almost there lunchtime what a disgrace you are gorton medical centre. Not one doctor has visited my dad whilst he is on end of life. I just don’t know what else to say. This surgery is part of the nhs and this is horrific.

As if things couldn't get any worse I have been calling this GP for the last half hr I've dialled thier number over 80 times and funny enough the number is not recognised imagin that in all the times I've had GP's I've never come across one as bad as this one it's ridiculous every on professional the phone system is absolutely awful and needs sorting out and don't get me started on the staff receptionist are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional who believes that they are doctors and try to diagnosis you I won't even start with the doctors there are 2 specific one's that I avoid although at this time I'm trying to find a new one but all the doctors near by don't take my postcode which is unfortunate its absolute madness that they call themselves a GP it's a shame that you had to put a star because they deserve none.
