I rang to have my sheepskin suede dry cleaned. Reply was ' we don't do them anymore'. Then why is it on there website they do?. Strange. I rang the other branch at Quarry Bank and all i got was ' hello'.....then kept me hanging on in silence. Ignorant. Re;. Thank you for getting back to me on the same day.....appreciated. I know your Gornal laundrette is good, i have used it in the past when my washing machine was broken or i was waiting for a new one to be delivered.....satisfaction. I will come down within the next 24 hours with my sheepskin coat and leave it at your will if it can be drycleaned. I will like a price quoted before i leave it. As for me calling the Quarry Bank laundrette i can assure you i did...and the correct number....and time i called.....i have the contact logged. Someone is lying about not receiving the call off me.
