Had to ring this firm three times in succession as the phone connection kept cutting out. The chap I spoke to initially said that I should go on the internet to see what was required for my event. Having told him that I had already done that and have a list he said his internet connection was down so I should go to their site and pick up the equipment. He was asked whether they deliver to which the reply was affirmative I asked for them to deliver. He rung off. This is the worst customer experience I have come across especially as the order was going to be placing with them was going to top £5k. Based on this introduction If that is they way they treat potential clients on the phone, god help you if actually become one of their customers. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!!!! James Broslin
