Customer satisfaction is absolutely zero. I ordered the gates in June, I waited patiently for three and a half months while they sorted the staffing issues out. And when I received the gates one had been made with the opening on the wrong side. I answered the question that were put to me when I put in the order and I specified that looking from the front of the property the gate would be mounted on the right hand side. I assumed that all was ok, the mistake I made was not keeping a record on paper as the dimensions were asked for verbally. I also sent photos of were the gate was to be mounted. I must admit I didn’t notice on the drawing that the gate was to be pulled towards me which is completely wrong as the mounting bolts are facing on the suppose best looking end, I should have noticed on the drawing but to be honest I didn’t notice the opening. I assumed that the phone conversation was clear enough, but you live and learn. When I spoke to Russel and explained he just referred to to drawing and was not interested in listening to my side of the story. I was told that to rectify the gate it was nearly the price of a new gate. I sent an Email to express my feelings and they didn’t even have the curtesy to acknowledge it.

Excellent product and service. Gorgeous gates did everything they said they were going to do. What a really quality product at great price. Would not hesitate to go back to them or recommend them as a company. I had one thing I needed to sort out after 1 year of having the gates installed. The company were so easy to deal with and went out of their way to solve the problem for me which my fault in the first place!

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. NO STARS IF I COULD. it started off very well until Installation was bodged due to 1 post being bolted not plumb and the other post 2 inch too low. I complained and was told I didn't complain on the day they were fitted so I had to pay £450 to fix their own shoddy work. HERES THEIR RESPONSE...... The Main issue / Issues arise from the side gate and the levelling work that’s required due to the unlevel cladding on the house and the post being fit out of plumb. Really these need to be taken out and re-fit to resolve the issue. Please be aware if the post closest to the house is to be fit level there will be a gap between the post and the house but will remedy a lot of the level issues in the gate. As part of an open and honest hand over our fitters check the job over with you, highlight any defects noticed and explain the reason behind them, if necessary. It is at this point, if the job has been completed to a satisfactory... It's goes on a bit so you get the idea. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. I am now getting another company to fix and will be sending them the bill and chasing through small claims court.

Good quality gates excellent customer service from Emma. reasonable priced the finish is to a high standard wouldn’t use any body else after my experience with gorgeous gates. Even had a van drive in to the post never moved or any damage good solid gates I would recommend them to any one . Thank you gorgeous gates

Fantastic service. Very easy to follow website with clear instructions every step. Delivered spot on time. Driver informed us when he was nearly here, a lovely guy. Clear understandable CAD drawings and pricing. Our gates are (obviously) gorgeous and well made. The best company we've dealt with for years. Highly recommended.

Top class work and attention to detail can not recommend them enough. Russell and his assistant worked through the most horrendous weather to complete the job on time. If you want a quality job these are the people to talk too not cheap but worth the every penny in my opinion 🙂
