    We recently sold my mother in laws flat just outside Leeds. We live in Berkshire and did not know a solicitor to handle the sale. Gordons LLP were recommended by the Estate Agent and supplied us with a quote which we were happy with. Lucy and Justene handled the sale very professionally and pulled out all the stops to make a simultaneous exchange/completion to happen in view of Mum's ill health. Despite them having to do extra work chasing another solicitor who was handling the LPE1 Pack and who was extremely un-professional and useless, the fees remained the same and the sale was completed last week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gordons LLP.

    Currently going through a claim against their client and Gordon’s took it upon themselves to threaten me with libel action if I discussed my complaint against their client publicly. I asked if that had came from their client of themselves and was ignored. Requested their complaint process for them to investigate the solicitor in question internally and was told it can’t be done and is irrelevant. This is all after they missed the initial deadline set out by the court due to an ‘admin error’ which they’ve refused to give more detail on. Certainly wouldn’t want them as my representative.
