Yosan makes the best milkshake in this restaurant. Walk-in for lunch Tuesday afternoon, half empty, table available, told we need to be quick for returning the table. We stayed there for 40-45 min, by the time we left the restaurant, it was still half empty! Burgers were ok, nothing to rave about, chips was nice. Won't return again but the milkshake was great.

I would not go here again. Everything about the experience was disappointing. The Hell's Kitchen burger had the aroma was shrimp and was drowned in the sauce. After ordering a coke, I was brought a can. Compared to the expectation of receiving refills (turns out their machine was broken) paying that price for a coke without being told first was disappointing. Service was adequate, but that does not make up for the disappointing food.

Ate here on Saturday, place was busy but staff were excellent...attentive but not over zealous, burger and fries are £17 which is not too bad considering it's in the middle of theatre and tourist land! Good selection of drinks although beers are a bit thin on the ground and they were warm. Burgers were lovely as were the sweet potato fries and bottomless ice cream! 15% service was added (optional). Would go there again.
