SCAM!!! Collected my vehicle tuesday was told payment would be in next day by 5pm it’s now Thursday been chasing ever since! Tried calling multiple times and they’ve turned off their phones so I can’t get through! Absolutely a joke of a company and I will be taking this further! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What an experience I had with these guys done a online quote for my fiesta got a call back within 10 mins with by far the best quote I got from anywhere They collected car and was very polite and I received exactly what they offered me can’t ask for a better company to take a car too Use these guys for any car you want scrapping highly recommended if you need any help ask for Samuel he’s the best one in the office

I have had a terrible experience with this scrap company as I got rid of my car to this company a week ago now and have called everyday in regards to my payment to which I get told it’ll be in by 6pm which hasn’t happened as I still haven’t received a payment a week later and still haven’t had the issue resolved. If you want to scrap your car for payment don’t expect a payment at all or on time. I will be taking this further.

Amazingly good customer service: Scrapped my old Zafira, gave me a surprisingly good price for it, and everything ran like clockwork: Ashley was courteous and fair in finalising the price; Samuel was friendly and excellent in communicating over the pick-up and the payment; and Mitchell was most helpful and cheery when collecting the car, despite his heavy workload.

Samuel was extremely helpful and made the process very easy, unfortunately Samuel’s colleagues let him down, my car was booked in to be collected on the Saturday, I phoned the office twice and was told each time that yes I was booked in for collection that day and they would get the driver to contact me, I waited in all day, no collection and no call. Very disappointed
