We used Gordon Brown Law for a recent sale and purchase. Both were handled by Rida Maan who was absolutely brilliant. She kept us up to date throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly and completed by the deadline. A big thanks to Rida for all of the hard work throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Brown Law to friends and family.

So far not a good service. Initially sent me wrong paperwork. Then sent PDF forms that were not opening on apple. Once open on windows I printed them and sent off. I’ve been getting updates from my purchaser as they didn’t contact me about further forms required. Just posted them to me. Still haven’t recieved. Purchaser is not happy.

Fantastic service. We used Gordon Brown Law for selling and buying our new home. We were kept up to date every step of the way. We were in quite a long chain, but the whole process took just 12 weeks. Would definitely recommend this firm.

It's awful experience working with them and I would never suggest anyone using them on property selling. They response to enquiries very very slowly and inactive on property transaction stage. hard to call them and never have a clear answer. It take forever to complete the contract.

I wish I had read the reviews before instructing these as the solicitors for my mums property. Very poor service recieved. A lot of stress because of their poor communication and admin errors. I had many calls from this company saying they're outstanding paperwork which was sent 2 months prior but they hadn't uploaded to the file. I was nearly charged daily intetest from the buyers of the property as it went passed the completion date and because I hadn't heard from the solicitors I thought everything was in hand which it wasn't. I would not recommend these solicitors at all.

Thank you Kerry I recently used Gordon Brown for a sale of my property, and Kerry Robinson was my conveyancer. I cannot say enough good things as Kerry not only was diligent and did her conveyancing role professionally, she was human and understanding of kinks we had in this sale and i felt she was truly on my side and fighting for me to get the best every step of the way. Would highly recommend her and the firm.

The Perfect Partnership! I was hesitant at being allocated a Conveyancing Solicitors who was not close to home but my perception changed from the outset when dealing with Gordon Brown. In particular I would like to mention Charles Garland and Casey Osborne who worked together to help me achieve a sale and purchase. They provided a calm steer when needed and provided updates when required. I don't normally provide recommendations but on this occasion, I would strongly recommend Gordon Brown for conveyancing services.
