I ordered some sticky-notes, which finally came today. Despite being promised a 7-day turnaround, this was not met and I've missed my deadline. When I contacted to complain, it was suggested that the delay was my fault for not making payment until a few days after the invoice was sent… true, but I still didn’t receive them for a full 14 days after payment! The product itself seems decent, so 2 stars.
