Never completed the delivery they were supposed to do, then charged me anyway and refused to refund me while making false claims about their failure being actually on me. Customer service is very slow and unprofessional. Would strongly recommend against using this app.

I have been working with Gophr for 4 years, not always successfully. I HAD been working with Lulu in the last few months to iron out all of the issues I HAD gotten to a place where Lulu HAD restored my faith in this relationship and her diligence and commitment to sorting these very simple problems, in an efficient and friendly manner, WAS highly appreciated. But alas, it appears Gophr have now reverted to type and no longer want to help. I'm no longer allowed to liaise with Lulu and will be trying to find a better relationship with a new company.

I use Gophr all the time for production deliveries to set and they are great for same day rush jobs, of all sizes. They have always been friendly, helpful and reliable. They are my "go to" company for London and beyond. Interface is easy, couriers are live tracked and you can share the tracking link with others or contact the courier direct, with ease. Second time in a row that the courier didn t bother to ring the bell and just send the message about the parcel that might not be safe downstairs and requires urgent action. What if i can t leave the house for whatever reason? The package is food, and specifically states to ring the bell and deliver at the door. Shameful!
